Cruelty-free is a label for products manufactured or developed by methods which do not involve the process of animal testing or cruelty to animals. 

Yes. We ensure that all brands carried have been approved and certified by People for the Ethical Treatment (PETA).

We strongly believe that beauty should not come at the cost of harming innocent animals. We urge customers to engage in ethical consumption to ultimately eradicate animal testing worldwide. 

Membership/Loyalty Program

You can sign up by clicking on the “Membership" pop-up located at the bottom left of our website or click on the human icon beside our search button. 

Points are accumulated with every purchase, according to the amount spent in the store. 

For every sign-up, 100 points will automatically be credited into your current. 

For every $1 spent in our store, 5 points will be credited into your account. 

The points accumulated can then be exchanged for discount vouchers as follows: 

- 500 points = $5 voucher 

- 1000 points = $12 voucher 

Return/Refund/Exchange

Yes, we have a 7-day return policy if the wrong item is sent or if product is damaged. However, we do not accept returns for our Gift Cards. To process a return, simply fill up the Return Form here .

Shipping

Currently, we only provide local shipping (Singapore). However, the business will be looking to provide international shipping in the coming years.

Currently, we provide free shipping for all orders, with no minimum spending required. We will be looking to expand into an offline store in 2023 and customers will be able to make purchases and collect orders in-store. 

Our system will begin processing your order immediately upon payment. Delivery will take up to a minimum of 3 to 5 days. You can track your order by clicking on the “Your Order” tab at the footer of our website page.
